We are ready to share our second home with you and know you will have a relaxing time enjoying all our condo and NSB have to offer. We hope you will explore our barrier island by bike, kayak, pontoon, and take in all the beauty and wildlife. Daytripping to state parks, theme parks or shopping outlets are also very possible from NSB. Big balcony with beautiful, wide, direct ocean view. High speed Wifi, HD TV with cable, Amazon, Starz, Hulu, Disney+, Chromecast, DVD, and VHS are all available and a desk in the master bedroom makes it possible for anyone who might need to jump on one last zoom call before unplugging on vacation! Our condo is conveniently located near the elevator closest to the beach. There is a loading area at the parking lot with shopping carts to make your move in and out easier. Just prior to your stay we will send you details on how you can access the keys in the lock box at our condo. Guests are welcome to use the bike racks in the parking lot and in our unit there are some beach chairs and an umbrella available for your use on the beach. The pool is surrounded by lounge chairs, patio seating with umbrellas, and outdoor shower. In this area you will also find barbecue grills. We want you to feel at home and have some books, family games, videos, and grilling tools all available for your use. We always like to keep the lines of communication open. You will find that we are available and easy to reach by text or email and always welcome phone calls too. South New Smyrna Beach is on the exclusive non-driving zone of the beach. Our stretch of this pristine coastline has no public access, so your beach experience is private, and not crowded. Yet shopping and restaurants are just within a couple of miles of the condo. We have parking exclusively for condo residents and guests. You must have a parking pass (provided). We are very accessible and happy to help with recommendations for dining and recreation within New Smyrna and nearby areas, please don't hesitate to ask.
