Guest access This is a perfect vacation house for a group a friends and can host up to 4 couples/families were each couple has a private sleeping area. One double-room downstairs and 3 double rooms on first floor on each side of the stairs. in total 3 double rooms with sea view and one family room with a double bed and a queen size bed (sleeps 2 children) facing the street. The full house in 2 floors is available including the top terrace with a small dipping pool and sunbeds. From the kitchen you have direct access to the huge terrace with breathtaking view, overlooking the sea and facing the beautiful scene of the Grotta Palazzese. On the terrace is a large round stone table and bench with comfortable cushions. A set of wooden chairs and two sun loungers complete the picture. Other things to note In front of the garage there is a "no parking" sign. Guests are allowed to park here shortly. But you probably have to find a parking around in the streets. If you rent a car, get rather a smaller car then a bigger, as streets are quite narrow in town. It is absolute important that our guests are dividing the trash in the boxes in the kitchen. In only Organic (brown bin), paper (blue bin), plastic and metal (yellow bin) , or dry mixed material (grey bin) empty bottles (not broken) green bin, The bins are chipped and all trash that is not devised correctly will not be emptied or worse will be fined with serious fines!
