I am an artist and a chef and the apt has this two important elements. The living room is space full and lightfull with ceiling four meters high. Two big windows are facing the green Aventino, Via Marmorata and the famous Pyramid Cestia. The big room is furnished with a big sofa bed, perfect to have a little rest after a long walk through the city. The sofa bed has a comfortable kingsize bed, it is possible to have guests, 20€ Avery additional guest. Two armchairs, one low table, design elements and reading lamps. A big TV. Loud speakers. A big dining table with six chairs . You have different Italian art books on the table when you want to read it. Borromini, Leonardo but also modern Italian architecture. In the book shell you can find a lot of art books, contemporary and ancient. You are free to pick up one and enjoy it. The kitchen is fully equipped with tools, oven, six kitchen fires, dishwasher. high table. Antique cabinet with all sorts of glasses. The Glassdoor takes you to the best part of the apt, the terrace. Is always sunny and even in the winter you can have breakfast or a glass of wine touched by the sunset in the silent and private patio. During spring and summer time you can enjoy my rose collection. The night area has a big storage for your dresses and a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet room. I don't allow to fill the bathtub anymore, drough emergency in Italy, because of the climate change, is a serious thing in the last years The bedroom is on a mezzanine, so if you have any physical impediment is not the accommodation recomended. The mezzanine is totally silent and cosy. The kingsize bed has a new excellent memory mattress with good pillows. The bedroom is also very warm in the winter and in the summer you can use the air-condition. Just replaced and add one more AC in the apt. so in the hot summer is pleasant and fresh Guest access the apt is entirely at your disposal. Please switch off lights, aircondition and heater when you are not at home, electricity and gas are really expensive in italy. As well please don't waste water. Rubbish: inside the building you can throw organic and undifferentiated, just outside the building you find paper, glass and plastic dumpster. In case of black out, try first the switch that is inside the white box near the entrance door, check if the all switch are on. When is still not working you find a key inside the box, take it and go down at the main entrance, when you step out from the elevator you find a door on the left, use the key to open it and check the counter numb 19. Place the switch on again. Check in time is normally after 16 but when the apt is ready you can check in before. It is possible to drop your luggage and get the keys before check in time. Check out time should be in the morning, but when you have a late flight please inform me. When I don’t have any check in in the morning you are free to stay as long as you need. When you check out leave the keys on the table. You don't need to clean the apt or undo the bed but of course respect is request. The walls are just repainted so please be careful not to scratch it.
