# Rental only under the mobility lease # This nice studio on the ground floor is conveniently located, in the immediate vicinity of Rue de Saint-Malo and a 5-minute walk from Place Sainte-Anne (Metro and Couvent des Jacobins Convention Center). Hôtel-Dieu underground parking 250 m away. The space The decor is neat. A comfortable 140 X 200 mezzanine bed sleeps 2 people (the sofa is not used for sleeping). A sitting area, desk, dining area complete the main room, plus kitchenette and bathroom. The studio is fully equipped (dishes, small appliances, bed linen and towels, washing machine). Guest access Check-in is on site and by appointment (to be confirmed no later than the day before), between 3 p.m. at the earliest and 9 p.m. at the latest. No reception is possible outside this time slot. Check-out is by 12 p.m. at the latest. Other things to note The studio is close to public transportation (bus line 10 when leaving | Dinan stop), Sainte Anne metro station (lines A & B), the Couvent des Jacobins Convention Center and all shops including supermarket and pharmacy, bakery, laundromat...
