It is a long sandy beach of about 4 – 5 km located along the Salt Route between the old salt pans and the Mediterranean Sea, on a double tombolo forming the peninsula of Giens. 👉 It is very well known as a water sports spot (including kite surfing, windsurfing and windsurfing) thanks to the regular winds, especially the Mistral, which attract amateurs and professionals. 👉 In an easterly wind, the water is calm and ideal for swimming and relaxing with the family. 👉 The site is also appreciated for its natural landscapes, bird watching (such as flamingos in the salt pans) and for the beauty of the sunsets.
