Quiet, comfortable apartment with private parking, ideal for 4 people. The apartment is 35 m2 for up to four people with a balcony. The apartment is located on the second floor without elevator access. You will find a fully equipped kitchen area: oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, stove, coffee maker, kettle. A sofa bed for 2 people. The bedroom has a double bed (brand new). The bathroom consists of a shower and toilet. The space You have private and secure parking. A washing machine is available in the accommodation. Bed linen is provided. Towels and bath towels are not provided. In the event of damage to property, furniture, etc. in the home, you may be charged a fee for the damage caused. Due to Covid19, I provide you with a cleaning kit, in order to keep the apartment clean during your stay (including bleach, floor cleaner, new sponge, bagless vacuum cleaner, disinfectant wipes...) please leave the apartment in a clean condition. Small pets are accepted provided that their owner expressly ensures that they do not cause any damage or inconvenience to the tenants. Checkouts are at 10 a.m. at the latest and check-ins are between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. (You can arrive a little later but it is necessary to let me know in advance so that I can arrange the handover of keys) The apartment contains internet. Located not far from downtown Giens Peninsula: You will find restaurants: such as Le Grand Baie, Le Provencale, Le Pradeau Plage... You will also find an ice cream parlor, a convenience store, doctor, dentist, souvenir shops, bakery, bars, small fishing port a 10-minute walk away (Port du Niel). Every Tuesday morning there is the local market which is within walking distance. Otherwise there is a Géant Casino 10 km away (also accessible by bus number 67). Every Saturday morning there is the local market in the city center of Hyères (also accessible by bus number 67). Right next to the residence there is a pharmacy. Close to the beach of Almanarre and Bergerie (about 10 min walk) as well as beautiful coves (by the coastal path). The accommodation is located close to the boats of the Fondue Tower for departures to the island of Porquerolles Port-Cros or the island of Levant (about 2 km by car, also accessible by bus number 67, there is a 20-minute boat crossing) Very pleasant area to cycle, as there are many bike paths.
