Home in Málaga

The house is an 85m2 single-family house with a loft-like living room and fully equipped integrated kitchen. The living room has a large table-dining room and office table for computers. It also has space for children's games. It has two bedrooms: one with a wedding bed and the other with a bunk bed. It has a bathroom. At the entrance of the house there's a porch-terrace surrounded by nature and tranquility. Our home is thoroughly cleaned from every guest home. Book with us with confidence. The space The HOUSE The property is a single-family house located in the Reding area, Caleta area, one of the best neighborhoods in Malaga. It has high ceilings with wooden beams, has been recently renovated and its decorative style is a mix of rustic and contemporary style. It has a large loft-like living room with desk, dining table, sofa, armchair and built-in kitchen. The space has two large windows that face a quiet, wooded street. One of the rooms has a 150 cm queen size bed, with aloe vera pillows, a closet, night tables and a side table. The other has two bunk beds of 90, and a wardrobe is available baby cot on request and high chair. Both rooms have large windows. The entrance has a porch with a table for a snack or lunch. This house is perfect for relaxing, disconnecting from your daily routine and spending a wonderful few days in Malaga!! :):) Guest access SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS The living room has a Smart TV ( Netflix) and 5G WIFI. The kitchen has a refrigerator, ceramic stove and usual kitchen, as well as small appliances such as a coffee maker (classic Italian), water heater, blender and toaster. In the hallway there is a full-length mirror, and next to the bathroom you can find the washing machine with cleaning products, iron and ironing board.  The home has A/C and heating.  The bathroom has a large shower tray (1.2 meters) and has hand soap, gel, gel, shampoo and hairdryer. Towels, sheets, duvets/blankets are also included. We also have beach towels with beach bag and umbrella. Other things to note - Playa de la Caleta is 200 meters from the house. La de la Malagueta, 400. - Calle Larios, 15 minutes walking, or 5 minutes by city bus.  - At Pier One, renovation of the old port, can be accessed in 10 minutes.  - It also has urban bus stops available (direction downtown and Malaga West and direction Pedregalejo) less than 2 minutes walk. - Just 3 minutes away there is a supermarket Mercadona that opens from 9:30 to 21:30h.
