Welcome to our modern, bright and cozy house located in the coastal area of Sopelana, in a quiet and well-connected development with Bilbao 15km away, Getxo 3km away and the airport is only 20km away. Metro line 1 is 300 meters away, which allows you to reach downtown Bilbao in 25 minutes. 500m away are the 2 beaches of Sopela and the beautiful walks along the spectacular cliffs by the sea. It is a property surrounded by a spacious garden, porch, heated pool and spectacular views. The space It has 3 bedrooms, all with built-in closets or dressing room and 3 full bathrooms with towels, soaps and toilet paper. Distributed on the ground floor (3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub) and first floor (a 40m2 loft, desk, dressing room). The master bedroom is 25m2 with a dressing room and a large and bright built-in bathroom. In the living room open to the porch, in addition to the rest area with a large L-shaped armchair, there is a dining area with a table and chairs for 6 people. The kitchen is modern and bright, open to the living room and porch and is fully equipped with high-end Bosch appliances; In addition to free Wi-Fi in all rooms, there are two 85-inch LG 4K TVs with Smart TV, Netflix and international channels also free. There is also LG music equipment with Bluetooth. The house also has a laundry area in the basement with a high-end Bosch washer and dryer and an ironing area. On the porch there is a Weber Genesis II gas barbecue next to a table and two benches for 8-10 people and a chill-out area where you can relax. There is also a solarium area, a 6 by 3 meter heated saltwater pool with hammocks and a hose to cool off next to the garden. The house is also perfect for the colder months thanks to the spectacular insulation of a house with Passivehauus standards and geothermal underfloor heating. There is a free parking area nearby. However, if requested, there is a large garage space in the house that is completely free. Although it is not fully adapted for people with reduced mobility, access to the house can be done in a wheelchair, as well as moving around the house and accessing the shower, since the house is mainly on the ground floor. The garden could also be accessed with help because it is not fully adapted. We usually leave the beds made with several pillows in each room, toilet paper, soap and hand towels and shower towels in each bathroom for guests, coffee and breakfast on the first day as well. Even a few bottles of wine as a welcome. If you need us to make a reservation at a restaurant or you want to hire an activity such as paragliding, surfing or paddle up, trekking, we will gladly do it. We will help you in any way we can.
