The three storied house is ideally located in a quiet, tree lined neighborhood, less than seven-minute walk to the Philadelphia Art Museum. The Fairmount Park is on the way to the museum and once there the whole expanse of the city greets you with its abundance of restaurants where you could easily find your choice of food or taste the variety laid out for you. A block away from the house is the neighborhood café, convenient store, for a quick pick up. You will find other cafes to choose from. The space On the ground floor is a spacious and beautifully set up kitchen that opens into the backyard through French windows. The large kitchen is set up with a 54 inch television so that you can leisurely relax in front of it. The yard is again beautifully designed with overhanging trees and flowers and a sitting area where you can lounge with your friends and family. It also houses a half bathroom. The middle floor has a large living area, with a 75 inch television where you can sit around and relax with your family and friends after a hectic day of sightseeing in Philly. The master bedroom is on the same floor, spacious and airy with an attached bathroom. There is a Juliet terrace overlooking the yard below. On the top floor are two spacious and airy bedrooms and one common bathroom, with a 42 inch television in one bedroom. There is a private garage and street parking too. Other things to note The furnitures and equipments in the house are brand new and we have fragile souvenirs collection from different parts of the world we have travelled to . We request our guests to be extra careful with the items especially if you have children or pets accompanying you. Up to $1000 will be charged for any damages to the items.
