A small (less than 20 houses) and private land which will make your stay a relaxing one. You will need to drive to the house. There is no public transportation available directly to the location. Prepare your food and beverage stock before going in to the house. The nearest local grocery store is 1.5 km away. You can find much more variety of grocery along the main road. Famous ones are Pak Chong Tesco Lotus (45 mines away), locating on the Mittraphap road on your way from Bangkok to the premise. There is very rare occasion of electricity voltage drop during the high demand period, we are equipped with 3-phase power which will be enough lighting in the premise. The appliances, air conditioners and water pump may not work properly because of the voltage drop. You can use the shower at the clubhouse during this hard time and hopefully it will not last long, it rarely happen from our own experience. Please be very mindful to use common area in the housing compound, please be kindful and respect other groups. Only swimsuit is allowed at the swimming pool. The roads leading to the house at the very last portion could be bumpy, we do sorry for the inconvenient caused. The roads are either cement or paved but are bumpy due to heavy rain and erosion.
