Thirty minutes away from the gate of Khaoyai National Park and lots attractions nearby. You can either enjoy yourself exploring the area or just immense yourself at this tranquil home. The clubhouse offer a great view of the valley to the west with infinity pool for you to enjoy, a perfect way to end your day. The space The intention of this tranquil ambient home is for our family to enjoy the greenery and hilly views. You will find the area very private which will supplement the warm feeling of the house. The area is well known for it's cool breeze during winter, a perfect hideaway to spend the quality time with your friends and family. The 261 square meters of modern decorative spacious vacation home is for you to enjoy your quality time with love ones. Guest access You will have full access to the entire premise. The entire house will be yours during your stay. We do appreciate you to be mindful when utilizing all the appliances and amenities. This house provides you all the household amenities. We will fine if there are damages to the listed items which will be given when you checking in. We will deduct your deposited money based on the listed price and you will have to pay extra in case the deposit is not enough. Other things to note Prepare your food and beverage stock before going in to the house. The nearest local grocery store is 1.5 km away. You can find much more variety of grocery along the main road. Famous ones are Pak Chong Tesco Lotus (45 mines away), locating on the Mittraphap road on your way from Bangkok to the premise. There is very rare occasion of electricity voltage drop during the high demand period, we are equipped with 3-phase power which will be enough lighting in the premise. The appliances, air conditioners and water pump may not work properly because of the voltage drop. You can use the shower at the clubhouse during this hard time and hopefully it will not last long, it rarely happen from our own experience. Please be very mindful to use common area in the housing compound, please be kindful and respect other groups. Only swimsuit is allowed at the swimming pool. The roads leading to the house at the very last portion could be bumpy, we do sorry for the inconvenient caused. The roads are either cement or paved but are bumpy due to heavy rain and erosion.
