Unfortunately, it’s not suitable for large groups or parties. Smoking is not allowed inside, but there is a small outdoor balcony with an ashtray where smoking is permitted. Please note: there is only one A/C unit, located in the main living area. Located in a residential building, we ask for quiet after 11pm to respect the neighbours. 🧾 Tourist tax As this is a fully licensed tourist apartment, a city tax of €6.88 per adult (17+) per night applies. ⚠️ This will increase to €9.35 from October 1 Children under 16 are exempt. For check-ins between 20:00 and 23:00, we offer self-check-in via a secure key exchange service in the city. Please note: We are unable to accommodate check-ins after 23:00, out of respect for our neighbours. As you will be staying in a fully touristic licensed apartment, there is a tourist tax of €6.88 per adult per night (This will increase to 12.50 for bookings from 1st april), this needs to be paid prior to check-in, please. Children under 16's do not pay the city tax. In accordance with local law, all guests aged 17 and over must also be registered with the authorities prior to arrival.
