Breakaway Creek Cottage

Breakaway Creek Cottage is a quaint three-bedroom house located in south west Victoria on Gunditjmara country and is a perfect place to unwind and relax and watch the sun go down across the paddocks. The cottage is situated in a quite location on a working sheep and cattle property in Condah with an abundance of birds and native wildlife at your doorstep. Located a short distance from Lake Condah, a 15 minute drive to the township of Heywood, 30 minutes to Portland and 40 minutes to Hamilton. The space Comfortably sleeping five people, the cottage is suitable for singles, families, or a group of friends. It has a separate kitchen and dining area, lounge, renovated bathroom, separate laundry, and toilet. Bedroom 1 Queen bed Bedroom 2 Queen bed Bedroom 3 Single bed A porta cot is available upon request. There is reverse cycle heating and cooling in both the kitchen and lounge room. During the winter months a basket of firewood is provided to keep the fire going during your stay. The kitchen has a gas stove/oven and microwave. There is a spacious deck to sit and relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Please note that the cottage runs off rainwater tanks. Pets are allowed but please note that while the front and backyards are fenced they are not fully enclosed and cannot confine a dog. House trained dogs are welcome inside.
