The space Covered entertainment area, Loungeroom with a 65" flat screen and access to common Chanel's on Foxtell (movies can be arranged at an additional cost) recliners in a theater style setting, well equipped kitchen and utensils, washing machine, dishwasher, Very comfortable Queen size bed, ceiling fan. My Location is : Close to bus stops also only a short distance to the Bald Hills train station, a short drive to... Noodle box Coles Woolworths BWS Eagle boys Dominos Macdonalds Butcher Eatons hill Tavern (10km / 15mins) Boondall entertainment centre (11km - 15mins) 28 minutes, 22kms from the Brisbane airport The house location is 5 minutes from the Gateway arterial/ highway for superb access to the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and eastern beaches. I have a 6mtr boat if you are here during a weekend, and if we have good weather it can be arranged to either head to Tangalooma island or a cruise up the Brisbane river...either can be arranged for a fee Guest access All spaces pending agreement during use of house Your welcome to use the appliances available, if your not sure of their use, I'm happy to assist During your stay I'm more than happy to interact with you or respect your privacy, I may not be there constantly- however the company will not go unwelcome Other things to note Can discuss during booking
