On a fenced and wooded plot, the cottage of our beautiful Charentais house welcomes you. Ideal for 2 to 4 people, it offers on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen in the 20 m² living room and upstairs the bedroom and the toilet-bathroom area. Outside, you can enjoy the garden and heated pool from May to October, shared with the owners. Downtown Saintes is 10 minutes away, Royan or Marennes and the Oléron Bridge are 30 minutes away. The space The accommodation is located at the back of the family house, typical of the Charente, on a fenced and wooded plot, and facing the pool. You can reach the city center of Saintes in 15 minutes and the beaches of Royan or Marennes in 30 minutes. Guest access Access to the garden and swimming pool. Other things to note From July 12 to August 10, we can only accept Saturday check-ins for stays of 7 or 14 nights, for check-in and checkout management. The pool is heated from June to the end of September, so don't forget your swimming costumes ;-) Possibility of charging an electric car: please contact us.
