Welcome to stay in our gem, the Skärgårdsvillan in Bröllopsviken, which is a modern house (built in 2021) on two floors by the shore of the Baltic Sea. The space At beautiful Bröllopsviken next to the Tyvudden nature reserve, you will find one of our natural pearls by the sea. The Skärgårdsvillan is a modern house (built in 2021) on two floors by the shore of the Baltic Sea. Large social areas, the house is 220 sqm. There is a large terrace overlooking the sea, furnished with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Shared access to a small beach and jetty for swimming just below the house. For this house, you can book a wood-fired sea sauna and kayaks that are located on the shared beach. Downstairs, there is a full kitchen with a kitchen island/dining area. Large dining table and living room with fireplace for nice dinners and long breakfasts. Downstairs there are three large glass doors that can be opened to blur the boundaries between outside and inside. Upstairs, there is a living room with a TV. Two fully tiled bathrooms with shower, one on the lower floor and one on the upper floor. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. One bedroom downstairs and the remaining bedrooms upstairs. 11 beds distributed as below: 2 bedrooms with double bed (180 cm wide). 3 bedrooms with two single beds (90 cm wide), can be put together to make a double bed. 1 bedroom with one bed (120 cm wide), this room also has a workplace with a desk and a view of the sea. Extra bed available. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation (if you wish to bring a dog, there are other cottages we rent out that allow it for a cleaning fee, such as the neighboring house Tyvudden Gård). Max 4 cars for this accommodation. This rule must be kept as the house is in a nature reserve. Speed limit 30 km/h on the gravel road 1500 meters.
