A beautiful big 4 bedroom house down by the edge of Lake Hawthorn overlooking Mildura in the distance. A big property and a quiet secluded spot away from it all yet only 5 minutes from Mildura, close to the airport and shops. The house has full facilities and an in ground pool, and great BBQ area and patio overlooking the lake and pool. On other side of property 350 metres away is a Family playground, 18 hole Mini golf course, Cafe and gardens with inspirational quotes on HOPE - see open hours. The space It is a lovely quiet secluded peaceful place by the edge of the lake. The house has lots of big windows in the lounge, dining and kitchen areas that overlook the lake. The house has been done up in a modern way that makes it easy to live in and fully serviceable. With 4 big spacious bedrooms that sleeps 8 people two big bathrooms and large living areas - all linen is supplied. There is ample car parking and this property is not shared with anyone else. It's the perfect place to come and relax with gorgeous sun rises in the morning reflecting on the lake and the beautiful lights of Mildura reflecting in the lake at night. The property is 16 acres in size and on the other side of the place is the Garden of HOPE gardens, playground and Cafe - this is quite separate from this house with fences and trees in between. There is a playground for children - our open hours are Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10am to 4pm, and extra hours during school holidays. All children are to be fully supervised. Guest access This place is not shared with any other house or close neighbours. Other things to note Strictly NO Pets, parties or gatherings, this place is only for those who have booked. There are facilities 450 metres away for functions if required and we are happy to arrange this. We also have a strictly NO Pets policy as we have people stay who have allergies, or illnesses, etc that require a place free from pet hair. Also there are no fences directly around the house to keep pets in.
