Quiet and safe neighborhood. The space Our home has been decorated to the highest eco standards so that our guests can enjoy a truly relaxing, beautiful and healthy environment in which to unwind. Cleaning materials are toxic-free and AC vents are regularly maintained. Both the master and 2nd bedroom have large bamboo fans, AC, bamboo and light blocking blinds. Mattresses and mattress toppers are OMI - all organic, non-toxic materials. Linens and pillows are organic/ cotton and/or hypoallergenic. French doors lead to a beautifully landscaped private patio off both bedrooms. The master bedroom has a smart TV and ROKU (Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Apple TV, premium cable tv), writing desk and large mirrored closets. The dining/living room is open plan and framed by a custom-made library filled with an eclectic book collection and original art. Feel free to express yourself on the upright digital piano. Entertainment: a 52' TV screen, Apple TV and premium cable channels , plus boardgames for adults and kids. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod-cons including fine dinnerware, pots and pans, French coffee press, blender, a double convection oven, toaster oven, 4-burner gas range with griddle, fridge, reverse osmosis water purifier, dishwasher, breakfast bar and TV with premium cable channels. Plus you'll find an excellent collection of cookbooks from around the world. The exterior has a one-of-a-kind huge wrap-around patio which connects the front and back of the house. Chill out in the hammock and enjoy the eco landscaping which contains native plants, tropical shade trees, passion fruit and culinary herbs. The front deck turns into a cozy cabana with curtains for privacy. Turn on the ceiling heater for al fresco dining on cool nights and listen to the calming sounds of the babbling stone water fountain.
