This well appointed contemporary style Villa is situated on Mirissa's beautiful coastline. It is within walking distance of Mirissa town centre where you will find the long sandy beaches with cafe bars and beach restaurants. Alternatively a few minutes by TukTuk. The space The villa's accommodation comprises of 4 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 8 guest's, cot available on request. 2 rooms are situated on the ground floor, 2 are on the upper floor all have bathrooms and air conditioning. Each room has a TV and wifi is also included. On the ground floor a large Dining area looks out to the ocean, on the upper floor the relaxing lounge area also commands spectacular views from the balcony. The spacious garden area has 2 pools. one fresh water and one sea water pool, with loungers and parasols, there is a covered dining area for Al-fresco dining and a raised gazebo where you can sit and watch the ocean, there is also a massage table where upon request an ayurvedic massages can be booked for guest's for an additional cost. This villa offers concierge services along with a resident chef. Breakfast is included in the price which can be a choice of Sri Lankan or continental. Lunch, dinner and afternoon snacks and tea . Evening BBQ'S Mixed or Seafood can be provided upon request at an additional cost. Menus will be available upon arrival There is also the option to have dinner close to the ocean under the stars. Private Whale watching trips can be organised on request as well as any other travel requirements for exploring Sri Lanka. Parevi Duwa and Our Lady of Matara Shrine are also within 10 km. A five minutes drive will take the guest to the popular Mirissa Beach, where they could surf and relax on the beach.
