Breathtaking sunrises over Mt Baker and The Twin Sisters! Sandy Point is a unique area that extends Southward into Rosario Strait, looking out on the Northern San Juan Islands. Enjoy the large deck for watching these sunrises, the wildlife and the waves! Kayak, bike ride, play tennis or pickleball or just relax! (Provided at your own risk.)The two of you or whole family will not want to leave this peaceful water-front abode! $50 dog fee. 2 max. Fenced space. The space Master bedroom has a sitting room and private bath with toilet, sink and shower. Three other bedrooms have a queen bed each and two of the rooms share a powder room. There is one main full bathroom for all to use. This makes 2 .5 baths in the house. Guest access Bikes provided as well as helmets. Feel free to go for walks down the road or even park at the end of the point and enjoy the sunsets behind the San Juan islands. Other things to note During burn bans, guests are responsible for related fines. Note signs in neighborhood. Grab a bundle of firewood at convenience store. No collecting items off the beach or using drift wood for bon fires. No fishing or crabbing off property. Please check with WDFW for where to fish or crab close by. An additional cleaning charge is requested for longer stays. **Please be sure to know the check-out time, as there is an extra $50 charge after that time.
