Tranquil location with 2 private bedrooms within a recently updated 140yr old house that includes a native pollinator and butterfly garden, back decks overlooking Wallace Lake and the Cleveland Metro-parks and a heated indoor pool with waterslide available year-round. Cleveland Metroparks Wallace Lake - Is open to the public and offers year round fishing, trails, and a beach. Within minutes of the airport, Baldwin Wallace College, Baldwin and Coe Lake, and 20 minutes from downtown Cleveland. The space The main house including the kitchen, dinning, living room, and outdoor decks/patio is shared with myself and animals (cats and a dog). Also a professional housekeeper cleans before and after each guest stay. In the case of stays of 7 or more days she will clean twice a week. With 5 guests the fold out twin bed is added) - 1 Private Bathroom - Indoor Pool & water slide Notes: Rooms are on the second floor and this listing is for private bedroom rentals only. Quick Summary: Based on the number of guests you will receive 1-2 private bedrooms, 1 private bathroom, loft space with TV between the bedrooms, and access to the pool room. The kitchen, dining, and living room is shared with myself (however I primarily spend my time in my study or other personal rooms when I have guests). A professional housekeeper cleans before and after each guest and depending on the length of stay may come during that time).
