The unit is conveniently located on the same floor where the facilities of the condominium are - such as the gym, pools, courtyard, playground and sitting areas. 2. Swimming pool is closed every Monday for cleaning. 3. Paid parking rates: - In front of the building. They charge PHP 60 for the first 3 hours & PHP 15 for the succeeding hours. - Vacant lot just beside Watson's, a few meters walk from Viceroy Tower. The rate is PHP 50 for the 1st 3 hours & 10 for the succeeding hrs. There is an overnight fee if you park before 12MN & leave after 12NN. But if you leave the parking before 12noon, there won't be an overnight fee. - Venice Grand Canal Mall parking (5 min. walk from condo) - the rate is PHP 50 for the 1st 3 hours, then PHP 10 for the 4th & 5th hour, & PHP 20 for the 6th hour & onwards. There is an overnight fee of PHP 150. 4. For those who are booking longer, there is a cleaning fee of PHP 1000 every week. 5. Removing your shoes by the door is highly appreciated as the unit is carpeted. There are room slippers provided. 6. Please provide copy of guests’ IDs two days before check-in date to be registered with the building’s security and reception. 7. Only the registered guests are allowed inside the unit. 8. I don’t allow smoking inside my condo unit at all. 9. For a 1 month stay, electricity is shouldered by host up to Php 3,000 only. The rest is shouldered by the guest.
