No cleaning fee, there are many cleaning supplies in the apartment and you can do more cleaning if you like. Some days there are some smell coming from ventilation tubes which goes through all building. Building is a historical monument and some things are not like in brand new buildings. Layout of the apartment: from one big apartment there has been made 3 studio apartments. Each studio apartment has a kitchen and bathroom. On top of the church there is the most famous view point of the city - you can take an elevator up and just admire the view.
