Cozy Apartment with Interior Terrace

This apartment is located on the ground floor of a beautiful 19th century edifice. Recently renovated, the building has kept its original touch, with 18th century rococó azulejo mural above the entrance and inner stone arches. This comfortable and modern apartment is the perfect base for you to get to know Lisbon, as everything is within walking distance: Chiado, Bairro Alto, Príncipe Real, Miradouro de Santa Catarina, Parliament, Tagus River and Jardim da Estrela among others. The space This apartment was recently refurbished while maintaining a beautiful and unique traditional style, with its stone arch and window sills. The kitchen is fully furnished with fridge, freezer, microwave, induction stove, oven, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The living room has a dining table, sofa and a flat screen TV. There are two quiet rooms facing the back of the building: a double room with a queen size bed and a twin room with two single beds. Furthermore, both rooms give access to a small interior terrace with a dining table and chairs to relax. The bathroom is fully equipped, including a towel heater and hairdryer. This apartment has air conditioning in the living room and both rooms. Other things to note Sheets, duvets, one body towel and one face towel, and final cleaning are included in your stay. If you stay more than 4 days a cleaning, change of bed sheets and towels will be provided. If you are traveling with a baby, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance as we can provide a baby cot, high chair and some utensils and toys, free of charge. We also provide the following amenities: shower gel/shampoo, hand soap, two rolls of toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil & vinegar, detergent for washing the dishes and apartment. In Lisbon, tap water is drinkable. We are regulated by the same laws applied to Hotels/Tourism in Portugal and therefore SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service) legally requires information, in the same way, that all hotels will require a passport or any other form of identification, the identification number, date of birth and nationality of each guest. Since we don't have reception and we don't have members present at the property, we have a secure online check-in system that you must complete before your arrival. It is important that you know that in our street, parking a car can be a challenge sometimes however there are no restrictions regarding Uber, Taxi, or non-residents. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. A 150€ fine may be applied in case of non-compliance. We are looking forward to welcoming you in Lisbon.
