For additional guests (1 to 2), a large comfortable sofa bed in the living room, with sliding doors, and a/c. The space Your room is spacious, bright and extremely quiet. You have direct access to your private bathroom. A spacious wardrobe is available. Bed linen and towels are provided. Its location within the apartment guarantees you the privacy you desire. If you are more than 2 people, you will also have the living room with the super comfortable sofa bed. The apartment, also equipped with a lovely terrace with table and hammock, has just been renovated and is equipped with every kind of comfort, including a large collection of CDs and vinyl! It is designed so that everyone can feel comfortable in the common areas. You will have access to the common areas: kitchen, dining room, terrace with hammock, living room (if you are no more than two guests and it's not booked by other guests). I really enjoy meeting my guests and interacting with them and I also speak English and French, but I am discreet and respect their need for privacy. I will be happy to answer your questions and give you advice for your stay! Guest access Guests will have free access, in coordination with the owner, if present, and eventually with other guests, to kitchen and dining room, terrace, both bathrooms (one is for their exclusive use) with large shower boxes, living room (if not booked by other guests). During your stay I will be pleased, whenever possible, to help my guests in any way and give them my suggestions for a top class stay. Other things to note The apartment is on the third floor (very comfortable stairs) without a lift. I make myself available (if available) for the transport of the suitcases. Check in is indicated by default starting from 18:00 but, upon specific request, I do not exclude the possibility of organizing your arrival in advance. Those who book for the same day may not be guaranteed the possibility of check-in at 18:00, and this must be arranged: thank you for your understanding! Any additional guests (from 1 to 2) will have at their disposal a comfortable and spacious double sofa bed in the living room, which on request can be transformed into a real additional bedroom, with sliding doors, which will not have a wardrobe inside but some space to store clothes, and the possibility of hanging them in a space immediately nearby. You will have access to the kitchen and other common areas indicated, in coordination with the owner (if present) and eventually with other guests. The TV is located in the living room (common areas) and can be used in agreement with the owner. Normally it is not moved to the room, except in special cases. The apartment could also be used by me during your stay. On some dates, check-in could be completely automatic: in this case, the willingness to send photos of IDs/passports of all guests before the arrival date is required.
