Old farmhouse restored while maintaining its charm and authenticity. It is located on the foothills of the Val d'Allier, in a hamlet surrounded by nature. Very well equipped, you will just have to enjoy the calm of this peaceful place and its various activities: hiking, mountain biking, canoeing/rafting, swimming... The space The house is equipped with: - a kitchen composed of a gas stove, electric oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine - a living/dining room with table, sofas, armchairs, TV and a wood stove (we provide wood) - a bathroom with shower - separate toilet With a floor consisting of 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Baby equipment available: crib, changing table, baby bath, high chair. You will have a sunny exterior with a garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue, south side. A vegetable garden is at your disposal. Guests have access to a petanque court and a swing frame for children under 12 years of age. You can park your car in the yard in front of the house. Please note for the period from July 13 to August 17, we prefer a minimum rental period of 7 nights, to be negotiated, please let us know. Guest access You will have access to the whole place except the cellar and attic. Other things to note Cleaning must be done before checkout. We can do it for €55. Please let us know at least 1 day before checkout.
