Time to relax and unwind in our spacious home - rooms for 8, can sleep 10 with airbed. Celtic Manor nearby, 30 mins to Bristol, Cardiff & Brecon Beacons. Local pub short walk away, great restaurants & walks short trip in the car. Includes Swimming Pool, Outside Bar & Kitchen, Hot Tub, Pool, Tennis Table, Gym, Bbq, Fire Pit, Children's Play Park, Arcade & Sauna Heated pool last week of Mar to New Year, 29- 30 degrees, not heated outside these dates, but can be used. The space Parking for 4-5 cars on main driveway, others can be parked to the rear if required. Sleeps 8, but can accommodate 10 a King Airbed and bedding will be provided. Within the house everything is in the main on one level, and on accessing the front door the entrance hall opens up to provide clear views of the swimming pool, snug, games room and kitchen. The gym and swimming pool will be locked upon arrival, and should remain locked at all times when not in use. The swimming pool depths are clearly marked. The pool is 40ft in length and 16ft wide with diving board. Deep end is 9ft deep, shallow end is 3ft. For your own safety and those of others please act responsibly in the pool and hot tub areas. The Hot Tub is a top of the range Jacuzzi 480, seats 6-8 comfortably. Luxury outdoor kitchen and Bbq area, with comfortable seating and dining areas. Instructions/guides for the running of the property will be made available in the Welcome booklet, updated on an ongoing basis. There are small steps 2-3 to the games room, snug, entrance and exit of swimming pool * Extra Guest fees charged at £50.00 per person per evening * PLEASE NOTE - the property is not suitable or being let for parties, including stag nights or hen dos * PLEASE NOTE - while the property is child friendly, children do need to be supervised at all times by the parents/guardians. * PLEASE NOTE - we aim to provide access to all of our facilities during your stay, however please be mindful that certain things do occur due to continued use and ongoing maintenance which may mean certain facilities may be unavailable or not as fully described during your stay. In such circumstances, no refund or discount can be claimed due to such malfunctions, and we will endeavour to inform you in advance of any facilities that may be affected.
