Accommodation for up to 30 people. (Ask for price to rent the WHOLE place) Old farm converted into a detached accommodation from the urban center, but very close by walking. The property has a swimming pool, barbecues, a serpentine for making paellas, a cabin, horses, chickens... enjoy your breakfast with eggs freshly picked from real free-range hens (ask for more info and price) and then the whole field at your disposal. The property is 22 km from PUY DU FOU The space The Fuente Magán finca is a perfect place to relax surrounded by nature and animals, as well as celebrations. It has a capacity from June 2024 of 30 pax, thanks to its facilities. It consists of: 1- HOUSE 1: for 9 people, with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms shared. 2- HOUSE 2: "the barn" with 2 floors(4 beds upstairs and one double bed on the ground floor) and 1 bathroom. 3- The CABIN: for 2 people, with full bathroom. 4- BRIDAL or triple room with bathroom. 5- Room for 4 with bathroom. 6- Room with toilet accessible for 3 people. This first part is not independent rooms like those of a hotel, but are trusted group homes. Guest access Due to the current situation, the property will only be rented to one group based on the rules that are established at all times. The small pool area is for the exclusive use of the property. Remaining for guests the rest of the areas (lounge, terraces, porch, large pool and prairie…) Other things to note IMPORTANT to know that: - When you arrive at the property, a private contract is signed. If someone wants to see it in advance, please request. -The finca is rented EXCLUSIVELY to a single group, but the stays are opened according to the number of guests (since it is not worth the same 16 people staying, as 30). If you want all the rooms, the full accommodation price will have to be paid (check). - Any person who wants to charge an electric car, will pay 30€ for the charge. - A cart of firewood is made available per day, so it must be administered. - After 11:00 PM it is mandatory to moderate the volume of the music. - POOL: It is strictly forbidden to pump or jump! - IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO HAVE PARTIES without prior notice. **The pool opens from MAY to SEPTEMBER ** (if the weather is very good, it can be from April/May until October). The pool with garden of 1000m2. is that of use for guests. Remaining the small pool for private use of the owners. - It is an estate and as such, needs maintenance, so in the mornings, early, we water, we feed the animals... - Full outdoor lighting will only be given when events are contracted in the estate. -All EXTRA person who goes to spend the day at the estate (without staying in bed), will have an extra cost of €25/ person. If it is a small group. If it's more than 10, a price will be adjusted (to be consulted) If you stay to sleep, it's 60€/person and night. The atmosphere is totally private. The property is very large, but the people who enter will be controlled according to the signed contract. -ANY GROUP wishing to enjoy the day of departure beyond the time (11:00), will have to pay a supplement. -All guests will have to take the trash away when leaving the estate. Otherwise, €50 will be charged from the deposit or through airbnb.. -COBRAMOS 800€ on arrival at the property as a DEPOSIT. Your return is specified in the contract that is signed. It is returned no later than 48h after check-out. - The estate is located 22km away from PUY DU FOU.
