Spacious room in Peterculter

Peterculter is a great location if you are planning a trip around the Deeside area - Banchory/Aboyne/Ballater/Braemar. It is also handy for Westhill, Bucksburn, Stonehaven and only 6 miles from Aberdeen City. My house is next to the old Deeside railway line, perfect for walks, jogging or cycling. I have plenty off-road parking and a big garden to sit in. I am on the bus route into town or out to Deeside. The space The room is large with a double bed, comfortable sofa and foot-stool, and a television. There is a window seat which overlooks the garden and a tremendous view of the River Dee valley. There is ample drawer and wardrobe space. My house has plenty of car parking space in the driveway. Peterculter has a few eateries and pubs, shops for groceries, a chemist and an all-important ice-cream shop. Guest access Guests are free to use the kitchen to make tea, coffee and snacks. Guests are also free to make use of the small lounge area in the landing, or use the downstairs sun-lounge or sit in the garden (weather permitting). During your stay I'm quite approachable and knowledgeable about the local area, so feel free to ask.
