Villa near Avignon

Charming villa at the end of renovation of 137 m2 in a small village in the Gard... Ideally located, it combines the charm of the countryside (many trails / hiking /bike nearby) with that of the city and culture. Indeed, 10 minutes by car, without traffic lights, will take you directly to the city of the popes. Avignon will reveal its secrets and history before a well-deserved return to a large swimming pool bathed in the Provençal sun or in the shade of a pretty covered terrace. The space 2 bedrooms with double beds and two children's bedrooms: 1 mezzanine bed of 140 (for a teenager or a small adult to be comfortable) and a child's bed (size 2 to 6 years to be comfortable) A friendly little cat lives in the place but will not bother you, an electronic cat flap gives it access to the laundry room and its bowls. The house is not air-conditioned but we manage to get 10 degrees less thanks to the cathedral ceiling and covered terraces.
