Guest access Guests will have full private access to the entire villa, including all 4 bedrooms, private infinity pool, rooftop terrace, living and dining areas, kitchen, and garden space. The villa is exclusively yours during your stay ,no shared spaces with other guests. You are welcome to enjoy the rooftop area for relaxing, dining, or watching the sunset. The private pool is available at any time for your comfort. Parking space is available . Our team may occasionally access the property for scheduled housekeeping or maintenance, but we will always respect your privacy and inform you in advance. Other things to note • The villa is located in a peaceful hillside area of Jimbaran. The access road is accessible for cars and scooters. • Daily housekeeping is included. Please let us know your preferred cleaning time. • Kindly turn off the air conditioning and lights when leaving the villa to help save energy. • The rooftop area is perfect for enjoying the view, but we kindly ask guests to supervise children at all times. • No parties or loud events are allowed to respect the neighborhood. • Airport transfer, motorbike/car rental, private chef, and tour arrangements are available upon request with additional cost. Cancellation or refund is not possible for the following reasons.. • Any issues caused by neighborhood, government, utility suppliers or natural disasters • TV channel, internet or wifi problem • Temporary utility issues including electricity/gas/water/toilet/air conditioning • Temporary cleanness issues including leaves, dust, spider webs, body of animals or insects, eggs, rusts, stains or broken parts of the property • Lizards, mosquitoes, flies, animals or insects indoor and outdoor • Dirty pool after rain • Normal wear and tear We usually resolve all issues immediately. For temporary utility/cleanliness issues mentioned above. Due to the hot, humid and salty climate, accommodations in Bali always require care and maintenance. we always do our best service for our guests and Photos were taken on a sunny day. If the guest stays for one month they must pay IDR 7 million for electricity and will receive daily cleaning but sheet and towel changes are only twice a week. As for water, we only cover 10 water tanks for 1month
