The loft is located right in the hearth of the Florence City Center. Located in Via Ghibellina, right in front of Palazzo Borghese. It's 4 min walking from Piazza Santa Croce, 6 min from Piazza Duomo and 5 from Piazza della Signoria. Third floor of a Renaissance building, it gives a dream view on the Florentine roofs. It if perfect to live the city walking everywhere as a local would do. You are not just renting a studio, you are renting the experience to live the city and live as a local! The space The loft is composed by a room with sofa-bed, kitchen, dining table with two chairs. Bed on the loft. Restroom with shower, sink and toilet. Guest access The loft is located in the ZTL (restricted zone for residents only). However, you could park right outside the ZTL (10 min walk) or in the garage around the city (one is right in front of the apartment).
