This Arabian Room, Sur

Enjoy Sur and surrounding areas with the privacy of this comfortable room as your home base. The room is detached from the main house. It comes with its own private entrance and ensuite bathroom. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and is situated just one block from the ocean, with beaches within walking and short driving distance. Ras al Hadd and Ras al Jinz are about 55 minutes south. Wadi Tiwi, Wadi Shab, and Fins are about 30 minutes north. Kayak & bicycles are about 15 minutes away. The space With this room as their home base, guests will: - have a detached and fully furnished room with Wi-Fi and a 55" TV with Netflix to unwind. - have a 2mx2m super comfy King size bed, big enough for 2 adults and a child; - be in a quiet and safe neighborhood to walk around; - have access to their own washing machine with detergent; - have access to a kitchenette with an assortment of different kinds of tea, freshly ground coffee, French press, coffee maker, kettle, plates and cutlery, hot/cold water dispenser, microwave and refrigerator; -have parking access inside or outside the gate (up to 5 cars); - borrow a dry bag to keep clothes dry at Wadi Shab, and a Focus mountain bicycle available upon request (I just have one). But if interested, you can rent another one from the one and only bicycle shop in the city; Everything needed for a comfortable stay, except a stove/oven, is right there in the room. The room is a warm and inviting place, especially after a long day of navigation around Sur and its surrounding areas. What to expect upon arrival: - a steam-cleaned floor; - a bed adorned with freshly dry cleaned bedding; - clean and neatly folded towels; - Samples of books beneath the TV. Safe travels and good luck irrespective of whether you stay here or elsewhere. Guest access Guests will have access to everything in the room, including a 55" TV with Netflix but excluding a stove/oven and a dining table. So, if cooking amenities are part of your requirements, I'm sorry I don't have them. Other things to note Please, know that the room does NOT have an/a oven/stove for cooking/baking NOR a dining table.
