Bushland retreat close to rural village

Spacious modern home with open plan living areas and private bedrooms (2 queen rooms + one convertible to a twin) with extensive veranda looking out to a native woodland, often with visiting wildlife. The host bedroom/bathroom are at one end of the house and guest bedrooms / bathroom are at the other - but the kitchen-dining-living area in-between is a shared space. The property includes a tennis court (usually unavailable Sat arvos) and the house has a table tennis room guests can usually use. The space The property is<800m from the centre of Cooma village but is on 10 acres abutting an extensive woodland reserve and treed hills. Very private and quiet neighbourhood and 1.5 hrs from Snowy Mountains (winter skiifields and summer cycling, bushwalking or trout fishing). Guest access Guests can access any part of the house except the host bedroom and host lounge/offices. The hosts and guests share the kitchen and other living and recreational spaces and the hosts like to interact with the guests in a friendly way - much like a share-house. During your stay We are available to answer questions as needed and can leave you in peace or socialise as mutually suits. Other things to note The bedrooms are queen rooms but one is convertible to a twin on request. We can make a parking space in the carport available on request for up to a medium-sized car, otherwise we have parking on the property. A turning bay is available for unloading and loading only - as at other times it needs to be kept free for use by any vehicle. Registration Details PID-STRA-4979
