One bedroom suite with mini-kitchen amenities, hot and cold shower, surrounded with glass window, air conditioner, ceiling fan, coffee & dining table, work station, own wifi, cable tv with more than hundreds channel, dvd player & collection of dvd classics. We have one parking space allotted for you. Relax and laid-back Georgian-look building mostly covered with bricks & brick tiles for easy identification since we are in a subdivision that makes clay. We have a full service laundry shop downstairs for a fee. We also have roof deck where you can see a view of Mt. Talinis. Just ask assistance from our laundry lady. We have caretaker (just downstairs in the laundromat) who is available to attend all your needs. They are available at the shop from 8am til 7:30pm. We are mostly surrounded with apartments whose tenants are young professional / students. Food house is just around the corner. Car wash, convenience store, swimming pool for a fee - all are just within 50-100 steps. Getting around the city is possible with a bike or a scooter which is available for a fee, if you please. But should you decide to do walking, it is also possible as we are just around the busy area. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. A stones away to 3big hospitals, 3 universities, a mall, dept. store & local market. Ball field is near for u to take morning walks. Laundry shop is just downstairs. Other than English, the host's daughter can speak fluent Japanese. And she can be an interpreter for your convenience if you happen to be a Japanese.
