The Konnarock Homestead is located in the heart of The Jefferson National Forest. Guests can easily visit three beautiful recreation areas (including the two highest peaks in Virgina): Grayson Highlands State Park, Mount Rogers National Recreation Area, and Whitetop Mountain. The area provides many beautiful and exciting experiences such as biking the Creeper Trail, hiking the AT, many other trails and more! *Since Hurricane Helene, the Creeper Trail from Whitetop/Damascus is inaccessible* The space This quaint, private home has a natural beauty of the mountains that guests can enjoy right on the front porch or next to the fire pit! The Creeper Trail is just minutes away, so you can store any bikes or equipment in the nearby lockable shed. We have one queen bed, a double bed, a twin bed, a couch, air mattress, and a roll-out mattress to sleep up to 6-7. The Konnarock Homestead is in the perfect location so that guests can experience all that Southwest Virginia has to offer! Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire house and lockable shed for any need to store equipment. Other things to note Along with our high speed internet, we also have a Roku which has hundreds of free movies to watch!
