We love our house by the beach. 2 blocks from Lake Michigan, walking distance to coffee shops, grocery gas station and Pizza! Super green area and closer to nature. There is a little nature preserve where it feels like you in the woods. Yet it's 15 min to Downtown Milwaukee. We have a baby and a toddler so you’ll find everything you need to be comfortable with your littles ones in our home. We travel a lot with our kids and learned how important it is to have kids supplies in Airbnbs we rent. PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING We are opening two bedrooms in our home for people who can appreciate a lived in house. We have lots of supplies and toys, musical instruments and art that our guests can enjoy. We don’t use any commercial cleaners, we are chemical free and try to be waste free. Our laundry is washed with a natural detergent. Please don’t expect hotel smells in our home. And if you are used to hotel environment or Airbnb’s where no one lives (sterile) please don’t book our home. You won’t like it. It’s a real home not a hotel or half empty Airbnb. Lower level unit and backyard Village of Shorewood is a family friendly neighborhood with lots to offer within walking distance. There is a street parking available in front of the house. Each license plate can get 21 free registered weeknights a year (weekends are always free). You have to call in your car via phone or online so you won't get a ticket. Link to register the car will be provided upon booking. We accept one pet without a fee and each additional pet for a fee. We work really hard to move our family out and get our house ready for the Airbnb. Our house is not perfect, it’s a house where kids and pets live full time and we are opening it up to guests. Just think of it as a regular family visit to a friends house not a hotel stay.
