Guests may have full use of the kitchen and I am conveniently located near I-70 for easy access to downtown and all Denver has to offer. This is 1 of 3 listings for this site. The space Conveniently located 11 miles from Airport, 14 miles from Downtown Denver, and 1 mile from I-70. I have a 2500 sq ft 4 bedroom home that I am renting out three rooms individually under different listings (See Below). There is a full bath upstairs that is shared and a half bath in the living room. Several restaurants, groceries, Planet Fitness, and a laundrymat are all nearby. Wifi is available as well as a computer for business needs. Each room has a humidifier, white noise machine, alarm clock, fan, and Smart TV During your stay I am always up for meeting new people. I like to have people over for Taco Tuesday or to play Dance Central or Wii Sports. Please ask me anything at anytime. I prefer to keep communication through the Airbnb platform but in case of emergency you can contact my cell.
