A wonderful in town property immersed in the cultural world of Atlanta! Our home is conveniently located within minutes of Downtown and Midtown. Easily accessible by Uber/Lyft/Marta. Maximum Free Parking of 2 cars. This home is less than 1 minute to several freeway exits! My team and I are excited to host you on your next getaway 😁 If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to ask. The space Completely remodeled home in newly transitioning neighborhood. The home has one king, two queens, and two futons bed. Smart TVs are available in all bedrooms & the living room for you to connect and stream from your favorite platforms. Towels, extra pillows, and sheets are provided for guests. There are cameras outside of the home. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. Guest access You will be able to access the entire house with the exception of the closets. Other things to note House Rules: -Please respect check in and check out times unless discussed otherwise with hosts. -No gatherings or parties allowed. There will be a $1000 fine. -No smoking or vaping inside of property. -No overnight visitors. -Only one visitor per guest is allowed during reservation. -Quiet hours are from 11pm-8am. -Sleepers or RVs containing guest that are not listed on the reservation will adhere to the additional guest fee policy.
