Cosy Elie Cottage 50m to beach

A traditional sunny seaside cottage in Earlsferry just 50 m from the beach. Sea views to the front and a large mature garden. This historic cottage is warm and comfortable throughout. A great place to stay and enjoy, at any time of year. The space The cottage dates from sometime in the 1700s and was once home to 2 families of weavers. Today its a comfortable and bright space. There is a freestanding bath and modern shower room, upstairs and downstairs toilets, livingroom, kitchen, laundry and three bedrooms. Sea views. Private garden with summerhouse. The cottage has been in our family for 50 years and now belongs to sisters, Kirsty and Kate. We both still regularly come and spend time here. Kirsty is the gardener and tries her best to keep the vegetation under semi control!! Their parents both enjoyed the garden and it is now a wildlife haven with birds, bees and a sheltered haven , when the winds are blowing on the coast. Guest access You can enjoy the place as you would your own home. Other things to note On street parking, gets busy in the season but there is a back entrance too, if you have to park further away.
