The Montessori room is located on the 1st floor in a house made up of 2 other apartments. The Montessori room has its own entrance to allow complete independence from other parts of the house. It has an adjoining bathroom (toilet, shower, sink) and is equipped with air conditioning. The room also has an espresso machine and mini fridge. Outside, in common with the other apartments, you will find a barbecue area, an equipped kitchen, a garden to relax in, tables and chairs and a swimming pool accessible from June to September. Guest access Free access to the parking, swimming pool and garden. A code will permit you to enter in the property as well as in the house and each apartment. The parking in the property is big enough for 3 or cars. Other things to note The Montessori room is situated in a house suitable for families, small groups of friends or couples who want to be in an independent house. Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property. The owner will keep the access to the storage room as well to the property for the daily maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool. The private swimming pool is reserved for the occupants. The whole house is equipped with wireless internet connection WIFI. In addition, we provide the following equipment : - Linen and towels. All beds are provided with 100% pure cotton linen and 2 pillows for each bed - Gel, shampoo and softener - Toilet paper - Hair dryer - Towels for the pool - Espresso machines, kettle - There is no dishwasher and no tv connection. - Every 7 days the cleaning service and towels / beds shets are included in this price Keep the space organised before you leave.
