Step into our inviting open-plan living area, where a cozy lounge, convenient fold-out sofa bed, smart TV, and unlimited wifi await you. The well-equipped kitchen, featuring essential amenities and a Zazen water filter, caters to your onsite cooking needs. Outside, my mother's meticulously tended garden invites you at the private entrance, offering serene spots to unwind with a book or enjoy a cup of tea. The patio provides a charming setting for al fresco dining, even on rainy days. Now, let's talk bedrooms. With three available, our goal is to accommodate groups of all sizes affordably. For smaller bookings, not all bedrooms will be provided, but guests can opt for the fold-out sofa bed instead of paying for extra rooms. Check out our default pricing: 2 guests = one bedroom 3 guests = two bedrooms 4 guests = two bedrooms 5 or more guests = three bedrooms Need additional bedrooms? Just let us know for a $40per night fee. This will need to be added manually at the time of booking. If you don't have a preference, you'll default to the Pallas and Vesta rooms. Pallas Room (ensuite): Luxurious king-size bed. Vesta Room: Comfortable double bed. Zeus Room: Two cozy single beds. Quick note: The base rate covers accommodation for two guests in one bedroom. If you need a second bedroom, it's just $40/night. For bookings with three or four guests needing a third bedroom, it's also an extra $40/night. Now, onto our bathrooms. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, with a separate bathtub and wash basin, while the ensuite in the Master bedroom offers a walk-in shower, wash basin, and toilet. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire beach house, including the front garden and patios, ensuring plenty of space to relax and unwind. Bedroom availability is determined by the number of guests in your booking, so be sure to check the main description for detailed information on bedroom allocation based on your party size. Please keep in mind that the driveway is not part of the beach house listing and must remain clear. Fear not, though, as free parking is available on the street directly in front of the house for your convenience. Other things to note For your convenience, a lockbox with the key is located to the right of the front door, allowing you to check in anytime after 3pm hassle-free. As much as we love furry friends, we must regretfully inform you that due to allergy concerns, we do not permit pets on the property. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter.
