Our rustic estate located in Artxanda, just a few minutes from downtown Bilbao, is the ideal place for travelers looking for tranquility, but with the great advantage of being very well connected by 🚗, bus or funicular. Here the traditional Basque character is combined with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, whether you come to rest or want to explore Bizkaia and the coast. Our porch with a barbecue surrounded by a large garden is the place 🔝 to enjoy without rushing The space Our Caserío is located in one of the most emblematic leisure areas of Bilbao, in Artxanda, one of the most important green lungs of the Villa. A corner to rest from the city's hustle and enjoy one of the most beautiful perspectives of the capital Bizkaina. We are just a step away from the city's most iconic tourist sites thanks to the funicular, which is just a 10-minute walk from our accommodation. We also have places around, where you will have the opportunity to do different activities, all of them related to nature and the sea. Wifi is available. Guest access You can make exclusive use of the complete house as well as enjoy our land. We have two fireplaces inside, but for management and safety reasons it will not be in use at any time of the year. The layout of the place is as follows: On the ground floor we have a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen and full bathroom. On the first floor we have 4 bedrooms with a 1.50 bed. One of the rooms has the inbuilt bathroom and a stunning terrace. The other full bathroom is located in the hallway of that floor. In the attic we have a room with a 1.35 bed and an open space for a children's play area, work or relaxation according to your needs (in the attic there is no bathroom) Other things to note The Caserío is rented in full. Maximum occupancy is 8 people. It is totally forbidden to accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation. Parties are not allowed, nor are we allowed to host more people than we are being told. Guests who book our accommodation will be responsible for defraying any damages they may cause. Although our estate is closed, a few meters away is the house of our neighbors, so please do not cause any inconvenience and respect the hours of sleep. During your stay the gardening staff may have to prepare the land for your enjoyment. In this case the guests will be communicated on the day and time of arrival of the staff. In no case will they access the house. Pets up to 10 kg are allowed. It is forbidden to leave them alone inside the accommodation. Only one pet is allowed per stay. Establishments dedicated professionally or routinely by price, to provide accommodation to people, with or without other complementary services, we are required to complete the book-registration, as well as to present or remit the entry portion of travelers to the police station. This document must be completed and signed by any person over 16 years of age who stays in the house, and will be in our possession for the purposes of making a book-registration. Complaint sheets are available to our customers. We have Wi-Fi and free access to NETFLIX, PRIME VIDEO, and HBO MAX. The accommodation has three SMART TVs.
