Close to the gastronomic area, the Castle, the Santa Cruz neighborhood (historical monument), the Central Market, the Language School and Monte Tosal Park, and a 15-minute walk from El Postiguet beach. It is large (112 sq. meters), comfortable and bright. Visitors will have plenty of privacy. We offer high speed WiFi Internet. It's a fourth floor by stairs. Third apartment (64 steps). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for its use. If the stay is GREATER THAN OR EQUAL TO 7 days, you can use the washing machine. Use of all areas of the apartment: living room, balcony, dining room. We are a family of two. Guest access You can freely use all the common areas of the house, the goal is to make our visitors feel at home: (Kitchen, living room, laundry area and a small balcony). To comply with ARBNB's suggestions regarding COVID prevention, we request the use of a mask in the apartment's common areas. Especially when cooking.
