The space This cozy, private home in Yachats, Oregon provides accommodations for up to 8 guests and is the perfect space for families and close friends that care about relaxing nearby the ocean. The highlight of this location is the panoramic, breathtaking view of the sea and rocky shoreline - a sight that will delight guests of all ages. Altogether, guests enjoy 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living room, a family room, games room, and a dining area. BEDROOMS: The home boasts 3 separate bedrooms, with 6 beds in total. Bedroom 1 - The bedroom is the largest, with ocean views that can be experienced from a king size bed and a private deck. Bedroom 2 - This bedroom has a queen size bed and also shows off views of the ocean. Bedroom 3 - This bedroom is perfect for adults and or kids. There are 2 sets of brand new bunk beds (4 beds total.) BATHROOMS: The house has 2 full bathrooms, each with plenty of storage and welcoming water pressure. The first bathroom contains a tub and shower, and the second provides a standalone shower. These two bathrooms have ample space for all guests and you won’t have to spend time waiting. Especially on vacation. LIVING ROOM/ DINING ROOM/ KITCHEN: This expansive space is open-concept, with the living room, main dining area, and kitchen adjacent to one another. Windows line the walls of this room, giving you ocean views that will keep your eyes gazing. A fireplace is available in this area to keep guests extra cozy as waves crash along the rocky shore. The dining room includes a beautiful table with capacity for 8 guests, and the kitchen is appropriately set with everything you’ll need to create a gourmet family/friends dinner. FAMILY ROOM: The family room includes a new 65" Curved Smart TV. This area also provides guests with books, board games, and puzzles for endless entertainment. Puzzles and games can be found in the closet in the Family Room. GAME ROOM: The house’s garage has been converted into a game room so that guests can enjoy Ping Pong. The Game room also has 2 large windows with ocean views. This room also has a futon for spectators to cheer on the more intense matches! OUTSIDE AREA: The deck runs the full length of the house, giving guests the opportunity to experience incredible sunsets and spouting whales! There’s plenty of room on the grassy lawn for flying kites or playing games such as croquet and bocce ball. Once again, I encourage you to take advantage of the close proximity to the beach and enjoy a walk along the 8 miles of the shoreline. We will send you a code for the keyless entry front door. * In regards to parking, there is room for 4 cars and a boat in the driveway. * The laundry room includes a washer and a dryer, with lots of room to hang clothes and coats. * Internet WIFI is enabled and works well throughout the house and deck. Checkout * Checkout is 11am on your departure date. You agree, a late checkout fee of $100 will be charged and deducted from your deposit if you leave after 11am. ENSO Electric Vehicle Policy: We are excited about Electric Vehicles and the positive impact they have on our environment; however, our home is not set up for charging these vehicles. There are two Charging Stations located in Downtown Yachats. One at Yachats City Hall and one at the Ocean Cove Inn. Please click on this link for specific locations and fees. Other things to note There are many wonderful areas to explore in the area. Here are a few attractions: Devil's Churn Cape Perpetua: A crack in the bedrock that funnels water into a narrow channel with explosive results! Cape Perpetua Scenic Area, South on Hwy 101. Includes 23 miles of trails with seashore and forest for hiking. Oregon Coast Aquarium, Newport: Named one of America's top 10 aquariums, a great family outing just 20 minutes North of Enso. Sea Lion Caves, South on Highway 101, 20 minutes from Enso: A fascinating natural wonder. Sea Lion Caves is a privately owned wildlife preserve and bird sanctuary (since 1932). Sea Lion Caves is part of the Oregon/Cape Perpetua Marine Reserve helping to protect the local marine animals and marine environment. Sea Lion Caves is America's largest sea cave and the year-round home of the Steller sea lion. Eight miles North of Enso, the town of Waldport offers boat and equipment rentals for crabbing excursions in Alsea Bay. During crabbing season (best time July through December) Dungeness Crab is typically plentiful. Softshell clamming is also popular in Alsea Bay.
