Description
Delightfully secluded self-contained annexe down a quiet country lane surrounded by beautiful Cornish countryside, close to the SW coastal path. Seaclusion offers a cosy bedroom, comfy double bed and en-suite shower room with toilet, basin and shower. While there is no formal kitchen, there is a microwave, mini fridge and Tassimo coffee machine for your use alone. In the little sideboard you will find plates, bowls, cutlery and salt & pepper shakers. Enjoy free Wifi and parking on the drive. The space Outside is your own private decking area with table and chairs. Chair cushions are available on request, and inside Seaclusion you will find blankets to cosy up in while taking in the sunset/night sky. There is an extensive range of teas, milk in the fridge, biscuits, instant coffee, sugar and complimentary Tassimo pods to greet you on arrival. Seaclusion is reached via it's own gravelled pathway, bordered by shrubs and flower bed, leading to it's own front door. Our closest village is a 5 minute walk and has a post office, hairdresser and 2 public houses with outside areas. There are many bridal paths and beautiful walks nearby. Our nearest beach is Perran Beach, Perranuthnoe and is a 25 minute walk or 7 minutes by car, and there are 2 cafes, public toilets and car parking within close proximity to the beach. Penzance is a 12 minute car drive, and the A30 is just 10 minutes away for access to Redruth, Camborne and Truro City. The market town of Helston is 15 minutes by car. Other things to note Please note that Seaclusion is situated down a relatively short, but bumpy Cornish lane ~ we have ordinary cars and have no difficulty managing the lane on a daily basis, but a vehicle with a lowered body kit may struggle. Just something to consider!
