Comfy, cozy, private room in The City by the Lake

Welcome to your private room in our home. We hope you enjoy your stay. Our home is laid back, comfortable and quiet. We are always available (because we live here 😉), if you need anything. The space After a long day of work or play, our updated bedroom welcome’s you with a comfortable, always clean interior which includes a queen size Casper memory foam mattress. Our updated bathroom is located directly across the hall. Relax under the rain shower while listening to your favorite tunes via the bath’s blue tooth speaker. Please note: The guest bathroom is used only by guests in our home. This may include friends that stop by but 99% of the time, you will not be sharing this bathroom. After a long day, take a dip in the backyard pool, weather permitting (summer only) and/or relax on the patio while watching your favorite TV show. Too hot? Stay inside and rack up a game of pool. IMPORTANT: 1. This is a private room rental which means that you are not renting the entire home. 2. We have 2 dogs that reside here with us. If you do not like dogs or are allergic to them, our home may not be the best option for you. Guest access The kitchen is available, if you desire to cook, as is the laundry room. You are welcome to enjoy a game of pool in the front living room (Adults only please). The backyard including the pool and patio are also available for use. During your stay We very much want you to feel comfortable in our home. Any questions? Please ask. Other things to note Please know that upon your arrival, you will be greeted by 2 dogs. They are both very sweet. Please ensure that they don't get out the door. Please note: Due to allergies, we cannot except any smokers. This includes smokers who only smoke outside.
