Many OLDER buildings in Tbilisi seem to have paper-thin walls, and you constantly hear your neighbors. You’ll never want to get out of the king-sized (180x200) bed, featuring a 100% memory foam mattress, fluffy duvets, and pillows. The full-sized kitchen is complete with ample countertop space, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, and many extras. The dining area adjacent to the kitchen features an oversized table accompanied by cozy chairs, ideal for intimate dinners. If you still need to do a little work, we have super-fast fiber-optic WiFi throughout the apartment, and the table makes a great workspace. The extra-large bathroom features a romantic slipper tub, perfect for soaking away all your troubles; there’s also a shower and a washer/dryer combo, in case you need to do a little laundry. The apartment has air conditioning for the summer and cozy radiators for winter in Tbilisi. The four balconies are small, just big enough for a couple of chairs and maybe a small table. This apartment is not suitable for children or pets, and smoking is strictly prohibited. Guest access You will be given a key-fob for the front door of this secure controlled-access building. Other things to note Please remember that you’re staying in a condo, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.
