Brooklyn Apartment with Private Garden! We are renting out the garden-level apartment in our townhouse in diverse BedStuy. The house is one block from a busy commercial street and a short walk from the historical district with beautiful treelined streets. This 19th Century brownstone home offers you the entire garden floor to yourself. The space is a fully-furnished large one bedroom apartment (800 sq. ft.) with a private entrance, your own private garden and separate home office space. The space The apartment comes fully furnished and is suitable for one person or a couple. It has all the amenities to make you comfortable. Cable TV and WIFI are included. Towels and fresh linen are provided as well as pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. No pets or smokers, please. Keys will be provided upon arrival. Guest access The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room/eat-in kitchen, full bathroom, a separate toilet, study nook, a separate officespace, a private utility room with a washer and dryer (one flight down in the basement). There is also access to a private beautiful rear garden! Other things to note If you are looking for a home away from home in New York City, we are happy to host you in our Brooklyn townhome. We have three separate apartments in our home and we would like all our guests to enjoy their stay. We would also like our guest to be mindful of other guests that we have in terms of noise. Minimum stay is 30 days.
