At this location you’ll be near the Philadelphia Zoo, Philadelphia Museum of Art, Fairmount Park, and just blocks away from all the action on the Girard Av Corridor! There's unassigned, free parallel street parking in front of the house. The space The Suite: This Clean & Spacious unit is on the 2nd floor of the home. It features hardwood floors, a comfortable queen bed, luxurious bedding & fluffy pillows, a wall mounted 43-inch TV with cable, mini-fridge, a beautiful couch, ample closet space, a ceiling fan and a couple of nightstands with lamps. Your shared bathroom will be in the same hallway, and it features double sinks and a shower/bathtub combination. The unit is professionally cleaned after each guest checks out and the shared bathroom is cleaned daily. The Area: The happening neighborhood of Brewerytown runs approximately between the Schuylkill River's eastern bank and 25th Street, bounded by Cecil B. Moore Avenue to the north and Parrish Street to the south. There’s a grocery store within a ten minute walk, and there’s Indego bike ride share stations at 31st St & Girard Av, as well as 27th St. and Master St. An Uber/Lyft to the city is within $8-13.. Guest access You'll have access to your unit in the 2nd floor of the home and the shared bathroom in the same hallway. The bathroom is shared with 1 other unit and is professionally cleaned daily. You also have access to the first floor entryway and use of the kitchen's refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. However, please do not use the stove and oven under any circumstances. During your stay We'd like you to feel home and comfortable so our face to face contact will be minimal. However we are available anytime you need us.
