Description This loft style condo is over 1000 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All furnishings are modern and brand new. We outfit our suite with the best in hotel grade linens and towels to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The living area in this suite is a great place to unwind. A Smart TV and complimentary WiFi are provided throughout your stay. The designer kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances, soft close cabinetry, undercabinet lighting. All cookware essentials are stocked for your meal preparing needs. In-suite laundry and a private balcony are the perfect little additions for this home away from home. -Our check-in time is 4 pm to 10 pm (please confirm with host for early check in). No smoking in the unit. -Parking: There is a parking lot behind the building. We have assigned a parking stall during your stay. -Amenities (shampoo, soaps, etc) and paper goods (paper towels, toilet paper, etc) are provided for stays up to five days. For any duration over that, guests are responsible for supply. -Keurig coffee maker in our unit (we do not provide coffee pods). -If there are items damaged, there is a damage fee for them. Guest access Check in time is prior to 10:00 pm unless alternate arrangements are made with the host. Entry for the unit is via smart lock. A code will be provided to you upon confirmation of reservation. The entire condo is available during your stay.
