Beautifully Restored Barn on Tranquil Property

Enjoy the entire third floor of a historic barn in Arlington. Gorgeous views of the Cascade mountains from the floor to ceiling windows, comfortable lodge style accommodations, separate bunkbeds as well as a comfortable queen sized bed. Early check in and late check out available for additional fee..$25 per hour via prior arrangement. The space This historic barn was a working dairy barn from the 1940's through the 1980's, respectively. The third floor held the hay and the hay claw is still there, which is now used to lift heavy items to the third floor when needed. The entire barn was rehabbed in the 90's over several years time, creating the third floor, the second floor studio space, and several other dwellings and creative spaces in the 8,000 sq. ft. barn. This barn now houses a family owned business, including a yoga studio, retreat space/bed and breakfast, mindful event center, and massage services. Guest access Guests have access to the entire third floor of the barn. There are no shared spaces except who you checked in with! The third floor is one huge, 2000 sq ft. space. Guests may also take walks, meander about the outer property/trail during daylight hours. Please be respectful of private residences located within the property and keep distance from those residences. During your stay We offer contactless check in and out, but are close by since we live in the main house on the property. Social distancing is practiced! We are happy to leave you to yourself, or available if you need anything! Other things to note There is a yoga studio on the second floor below the space. Please be advised of yoga instruction/music being heard during later morning hours and late afternoon hours. The schedule is listed in the barn. Guests are welcome to drop in for any class being offered during their stay for an additional cost. Please note this is a RUSTIC, yet charming space, located in a BARN. If you have any issues with farm/barn/dust/ mud/cow smells etc., this probably isn’t the listing for you.
